Axxora operates as a premium digital asset vault. When you purchase an item, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the asset for your personal or internal business operations.
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts. However, this right is subject to specific exceptions regarding digital content.
Waiver of Withdrawal Right: By purchasing and initiating the download or accessing our digital assets, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or access has begun. Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final once access is granted. If you experience technical defects with your file, you are entitled to a replacement under EU legal guarantees.
Partners joining the Mycelium Network agree to represent Axxora with integrity. Partners earn a 40% commission on referred sales. Spamming, deceptive marketing, or violation of GDPR principles when acquiring referrals will result in an immediate network ban and forfeiture of pending payouts.
A predetermined percentage of our net profit is routed to the Gaia Forest Foundation for rainforest protection. While your purchase funds this, it does not grant you legal ownership, equity, or tax-deductible status over the protected land.

We provide our digital assets with reasonable care and skill, complying with EU requirements for the conformity of digital content. However, we do not guarantee specific financial or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable EU law, Axxora shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential business losses resulting from the implementation of our strategic assets. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
